News: WindEnergy Hamburg 2018 Expo Begins Today!

September 25, 2018 / by Mindy Kruggel

At Transhield, one of our favorite things to do is meet new customers in person and make deeper connections in the key industries we are so proud to serve. That’s why this year’s WindEnergy Hamburg Expo is such an exciting event for our team. We are exhibiting several key products at this huge expo and looking forward to networking with professionals in the wind energy industry!

Transhield Meets the Unique Needs of the Wind Energy Sector

WindEnergy Hamburg takes place every two years and covers the whole value chain of wind energy. The premier event, which takes place this year September 25-28, provides a special focus for expertise in its section on storage technologies. With its emphasis on a world-wide approach to solving energy challenges, WindEnergy Hamburg will attract around 1,400 exhibitors and 35,000 global visitors.

Protecting expensive wind power components is a tough challenge. Sand, dust, moisture, scratching and etching are all hazards to parts on wind power equipment and can wreak havoc prior to assembly. Fortunately, we have a cover that is tougher than the elements. Transhield will exhibit our custom-fit protective covers at booth Number 433 in Hall B2.EG.

The Transhield Commitment to Innovation

We’ve been in business for over 20 years, but it’s only the beginning. Transhield engineers will continue to research and engineer more advanced protection solutions for the wind energy market.

  • Our custom-fit covers are easy to install and shrink to provide a snug fit.
  • The soft interior of Transhield covers offer a non-abrasive composition that prevents damage to outer surfaces.
  • Transhield covers help you protect valuable wind energy equipment from the ravages of UV rays, rain, snow, sleet, dust, wind, and airborne pollutants.
